How to make a pen stand from waste material || DIY Paper Penholder

Hola guys…!! Welcome to RaRe ARTS super
saturday i’ll be posting all my videos on every saturday from now on so stay tuned.. Today I will show you how
to make a pen stand from paper. We require a cardboard, fevicol/gum, ruler, a4 size paper
or newspapers, paint, scissors and a pencil take an a4 size paper and make it into 2 equal halfs as shown. Now take one of them and start making the rolls i’m using a pencil for making rolls secure it with fevicol/gum Trim these edges and now take a pencil
and ruler mark at every 8 centimeters I made three such markings here now let
us place the scale on this and start folding it as shown.. Now comes the
interesting part of this project let us insert this side of the roll into
the other side you can make this hole larger by
inserting pencil.. So we can form a beautiful triangle like this Apply some fevicol and insert it so finally make 10 such triangles from
paper now let’s start coloring this.. I’m using a
bright yellow color I’ve left 5 of them as it is ie.,
white and colored 5 of them yellow now let’s begin making the penstand. Take out an yellow color triangle and place a white triangle over that such that the shown two edges are parallel stick them in place. You can mark them
with pencil before applying glue so firstly we have made the star shape now let us take an other yellow color triangle and place it such that these two edges are parallel apply fevicol to all the corners and
stick it as shown now, let us take another white one and follow the same
principle… when you’re using white one you make sure that it is parallel to
your previous white triangle. See that these two triangles are parallel you can make the edges stiff. Now take this yellow one and place it again over the yellow triangle. parallel to it you can see that all these three yellow
triangles are exactly parallel repeat the similar procedure. Take
another white triangles and stick it while you are sticking, make sure that you don’t press the entire thing. Leave it as it is. because more pressure may make your
penstand shrink. Place alternate yellow and white triangles and complete your pen stand isn’t it easy guys? so the final step is making a base for
your penstand now let us take a cardboard. I am using a
white cardboard here and mark a rectangle of 9 by 10 centimeters approximately you can trim these edges if you like and stick our penstand onto this base by applying fevicol. Our beautiful penstand is now ready to
keep your pens. You can keep your special pens at the sides too.. looking awesome
